Car Information:
Toyota Camary
Year: 1996
Engine Size: 2.2
Trans: Automatic

Issue / Question:
Is it a simple procedure to replace the throttle position sensor or are there settings to be adjusted, which would make it more difficult than I can do on my own?

Basically, is it as simple as it looks?

Answer:
Bolt it on and plug it in. If it is adjustable look at an old one and try to tighten it down in the same position as the old one. Worst case may need to have it adjusted professionally but you will most likely get it close enough. Good luck.
