Issue / Question:

Saturday evening I parked the car everything was fine. Sunday morning, I backed out the driveway and headed down the road. Steady pressure on the accelerator the car started slowing as if it were in neutral. Pulled over, placed it in neutral, back in drive(no go), then in reverse, (no go). Pushed it home and let it sit for awhile then started it up. It went in drive and reverse. Then it happened again. Then it worked again. I didn’t hear any grinding or unusual noise that would hint of internal problems. Wanted to check the transmission fluid but I can’t locate the dipstick!!Just serviced 2 months ago, so i figured the level should be ok. Any Ideas?

Answer:
Most likely a bad electronic pressure switch exhausting all the line pressure. We need to do a line pressure test and an applied voltage test to find out for sure. Let us know if you want us to look at for you, 407-629-2661
