Issue / Question:
I’ve had my fuel pump tuned up, but now when I’m driving it stumbles and shuts down. When it starts back up, it loses all power. What is wrong?

Answer:
This is a pretty common problem. In most cases, it is the wiring connector going to the fuel pump module. We normally replace the connector with a new one when we do these pumps because they’re melted because of the excessive amps drawn by a fault or worn fuel pump.
