O/2 Sensor
Car Information:
Toyota Highlander
Year: 2001
Engine Size: V6
Trans: Automatic
Issue/Question:
What is your estimate for replacing the Oxygen sensor/s? How long does it take to perform the service?
Answer:
Teresa your vehicle uses 2 exhaust sensors one is an O/2 sensor, the other is a air fuel ratio sensor located in front of the catalytic converter. Many shops or parts stores mistake this when scanning the system, they assume their both O/2. We will need to scan the system and look at the O/2 sensor data to make sure this is what’s needed to repair the vehicle. Scan computer system, evaluate system data, install new O/2 sensor if needed, and clear system codes. Cost: $339.81.
